Below are updated timelines from Sutter that have been change and broken down into four phases. The outline of the phases is as follows:

Phase I ~ October 31 2011 - February 2012

• Campus Service Center will move into the space previously occupied by the pharmacy on January 11, 2012. Completed
• Student Health offices move date on January 11, 2012. Completed
• Business Office (Student Accounts) will move within the Office of Financial on February 15, 2012 Completed

Phase II ~ Mid-February 2012

• Reconstruction within the Office of Admission to house the offices of the Vice President of Enrollment & Student Services and the Office of the Registrar. Move date scheduled for February 9, 2012. Completed

Phase III ~ End-March 2012

• Identify a space for the Facilities Department - HIGH PRIORITY
• Renovate E&SS for Human Resources. Move date March 15, 2012.
• Reconstruction of the Offices of the Registrar and Student Accounts to accommodate new offices for Finance, Human Resources and Intuitional Research. Tentatively scheduled for completion March 26, 2012
• ITS, and Media Services will move tentatively scheduled for March 27, 2012

Phase IV ~ May 2012

• Involves construction of new space to house the School of Nursing in the South Tower of Providence Pavilion.

Library Expansion Project

Phase I - Completion date January 20, 2012

•  Set move date February 8, 2012 Completed

Phase II - Completion date February 3, 2012

•  Set move date February 8, 2012 Competed

The 450 30^th entry (blue awning entrance) will be closed on Wednesday, March 23rd and will re-open on Saturday, March 26^th. The work schedule for these dates are as follows;  

3/23/11 5 pm - Set up Barrier, Demo

3/24/11 8am Automatic Door Systems Install Front Doors

3/24/11 Receive clearance by 11am.

3/24/11 12 noon - start flooring prep and installation.

3/24/11 PM shift - continue flooring

3/25/11 Day Shift - Complete flooring installation

3/26/11 Space (corridor) is open for business

On Wednesday, March 23rd - Security will have an officer located at the 30^th Street side entrance and possibly the Telegraph Ave entrance.  See attached sketch. 

People requiring accessibility entry (i.e., wheelchairs and mobility impaired) as well as ambulances must use the Telegraph Ave entrance.  Again, all others are allowed to use the 30^th Street glass door entrance to enter the HSSC lab and student lounges with the exception of the stairwell on ground floor.  Stairwell access will be through the Telegraph Avenue and 2^nd floor only.

Valet will not be affected in the circle drive nor will the parking lot.
