SMU Campus Tours, Summer and Fall 2011
General campus tours of Samuel Merritt University are available during the summer on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 1:00 p.m. Beginning September 1, 2011, general campus tours of Samuel Merritt University are available during the fall on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.
These tours are not program specific, but will give an overall experience of SMU. These walking tours last about 45 minutes and comfortable shoes should be worn. Because these tours are student led and are dependent on student schedules, advance reservation is required. RSVP using the form provided here. All tours should not be considered firm until you receive a confirmation from us. We look forward to welcoming you to campus!
Program Specific Information Sessions - Oakland Campus
We encourage all prospective students and their families to attend our program specific information sessions. These sessions are designed to give you program-specific information and provides an excellent opportunity to talk with faculty, staff and current students. Admission will be available to answer questions. Please check our Events section on the home page or Program Admission Requirement pages for upcoming dates and times.
Admission Overview Sessions, ABSN and ELMSN programs
To learn more about either the ABSN or ELMSN programs, we offer regular admission overview sessions. The information is general in nature and will include information on admission requirements, prerequisites and the application process. You are encouraged to bring copies of all college level transcripts with you and you may leave them with an Admission Counselor who will check them for the required prerequisites and get back to you in 5-10 working days.
